Hair coloring isn't just about colors, it's actually more about adding to the natural variety of subtle color differences in your hair to create an aspect of three dimensions. We have nearly an infinite variety of shadings available with today's products. I use a mix of color and technique to add just the right natural looking highlights, natural lights, and/or lowlights to complement your style.

Blonde on Blonde 
This is the concept of applying single-process technique and then adding some highlights. In this case, the highlights can be bold or subtle.

Highlighting, Natural Lighting & Lowlighting Techniques 
My special technique for foiling involves the use of a special tool to hold the foils in place during application, allowing color to be applied much closer to the scalp. The closer the color to your scalp, the longer the time between visits!

I often use three to four different colors to achieve several shades of highlights at the same time. Natural lighting and lowlighting add color back into the hair for a more natural look, recoloring previously highlighted areas to avoid over processing.

You have a choice of fine and bold weaving and various slicing techniques to give you a more natural look, a bold look, or something in between.

Baliage or free hand application 
A more creative way of highlighting. No appearance of outgrowth because baliage duplicates the natural healthy look of darker shades bleached by the sun. Or, baliage application can be used to make a bold fashion statement.

Color Glaze  
Sometimes referred to as a “bump” or “shades above”, this process slightly lifts your natural color just one shade above its naturally shade. Great for highlighted blondes when it's time for a touch-up. Eliminates the outgrowth effect in between highlighting visits.
