Fascinated and fearful. These are the two feelings I get the further on my gen AI journey I go. Spending most of my free time building, experimenting, learning, and getting better is daunting. In my heart, I know it is worth the investment.
Enter OpenClaw.
You might have read about it in business news articles.

Yes, the articles listed above are an indicator of some of the worst things tools like OpenClaw can do when used inappropriately. How about when it is being used as it could be and, possibly, should be?

All these articles, “bad” or “good” express opinions based on facts as recorded. They may not show the larger picture. They might share only a part of the story. As a result, we might want to “dig in” and discover the rest of the story ourselves.
That is what I am attempting to do to an extent.
I’m working on more experiments with generative artificial intelligence (gen AI).
Part of the experiments involves exploring the Build More Architect Dreams (BMAD) method. I have recorded several videos that you can find on the playlist below hosted on YouTube on the topic.

Many of the experiments are open and available on GitHub for you to explore.

I just released my latest project that is specifically focused on OpenClaw agents and sub-agents.
You can review it here –> OpenClaw Agents

I’m choosing to do all this work because I believe the future belongs to the builders.
By learning how to use these and other tools, we can equip ourselves to build a future out of the disruption that we are beginning to experience.
This is what I envision will happen going forward into the future. Research is starting to emerge that supports my view. Like this post:

To wrap this post up and finish my thoughts. OpenClaw, BMAD, and other tools are the new way of building in the gen AI age. Like hammers and screwdrivers, these tools will help us solve problems in the cyber-physical world.
I would be foolish to say that I don’t have fear when I’m starting to learn how to use them. But I’m also excited by the possibilities they unlock.
Used responsibly, the upside for using them has the possibility to be much greater than the downside.
This is why I’m leaning into the learning process with fascination.
